1 General Terms

Welcome to 288wi. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 288wi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 3 Account Registration & Security

  • One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
  • Account names must match the legal name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
  • Providing a false date of birth to circumvent age restrictions is a serious breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

288wi supports a range of secure payment methods suitable for players in Pakistan, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, major debit/credit cards, and approved mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee).

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the payment provider's processing times. The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the cashier page and may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified in your account area. Before your first withdrawal, or at any time at our discretion, we may require identity and payment verification (KYC documentation). 5 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply across all 288wi promotions unless otherwise stated:

  • Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is permitted.
  • Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, coordinated betting, or arbitrage — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account suspension.
  • 288wi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is reason to believe abuse is occurring.
  • Bonuses are not transferable and carry no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games offered on 288wi are powered by certified software providers that use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 288wi does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Players are expected to use the platform in good faith. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and being reported to relevant authorities:

  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game results.

10 Limitation of Liability

  • 288wi is not responsible for any losses resulting from network failures, server downtime, or maintenance windows.
  • We are not liable for any third-party payment processing delays or errors.
  • In all cases, our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination

You may close your 288wi account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining (after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.

288wi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

  • A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour is identified or suspected.
  • A player is found to have provided false identity or payment information.
  • Activity on the account is inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming.
  • A player requests self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, free spin winnings, or promotional balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation if fraud is suspected.
